Final waterfall touches
This is a winter scene so the waterfall has to look like it’s turned into ice.
TIP:
After putting on snow on the scene, add another layer of, in this case, clear caulking on the waterfall.

Whether it’s clear caulking or some other water effect, the materials tend to flatten, or smooth out, as they dry.
TIP:
Rework the waterfall with the plain end of a paint brush 30 minutes after you put it on the scene to make it look as wild as possible. You may have to repeat again as needed.
