Harbor Springs, Michigan
My first memory of Harbor Springs, Michigan is decades ago in the middle of winter when I went skiing at nearby Boyne Mountain. There was so much snow I really didn’t get a good read on the town. Since then I’ve returned several times and I love the area.

Only one thing is for sure when I go to Harbor Springs – a meal outside overlooking the docks and yachts at Stafford’s Pier Restaurant. That’s the restaurant in the background with the green umbrellas. Great spot to eat and fantasize about some really cool yachts.

Downtown Harbor Springs is just a block away. Very quaint – I never use that word but here, it fits.
